Spiced Rum, Mango and Chilli

A bold combination of homegrown red habanero chilli, mango puree, spiced welsh rum and rich 58% dark chocolate. 
 
With a texture similar to truffle, when you bite into this chocolate your first taste is a slight sweetness of mango, mixed with the rich and slightly bitter 58% dark chocolate, and at the very end, you get the heat of the chilli coming through, which lingers for a few moments, a truly satisfying flavour sensation! 
 
These can also be made vegan on request! Simply by removing the honey and butter by replacing it with sugar syrup and vegan butter! If you would like some vegan versions of this chocolate, please just email and ask!
