About
My Name is Niamh, I am a small scale chocolatier living just outside of Tregaron Mid Wales since 2012. I came from a farming family in Sidlesham, West Sussex England.
Food was always a big part of my childhood and whilst we never had many new toys, clothes or luxuries, the one thing our parents always made sure we did have was GOOD food.
I make all of my chocolate fillings from the freshest ingredients, I try my hardest to use as many locally sourced ingredients as I can, creams, butter and milk from my local dairy farms, vodka and spirits from my local distillery's and for most fruit fillings I use the fruit that grow in my own garden! The chocolate I use is the highest quality Belgian chocolate, which is also fairtrade!
Mission
My mission is to make little bites of luxury that people can enjoy and treat themselves to whenever they need a pick me up, whenever they have friends visiting, to gift others or simply just because they like chocolate and know its a treat they deserve!
Vision
I take so much joy from creating my chocolates, and hope each bite evokes happy and warm feelings. One day I hope to open a little chocolate shop - But for now, I make all of my chocolates from my own home kitchen. My hope is that my chocolates have the comforting taste of good honest country food that I was lucky enough to have been raised with.
