Refunds & Returns Policy
Because chocolate is a perishable and delicate product, our refunds policy is designed to be fair while ensuring food safety and quality.

Damaged or Broken Item
We take great care when packing your chocolates, but if your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion
Minor cosmetic imperfections (such as slight scuffs or bloom) that do not affect taste or quality are not considered damage.

Hot Weather & Melting
Chocolate is sensitive to temperature, especially during warmer months.

We strongly recommend choosing express or temperature-controlled delivery when available

Orders placed during hot weather are sent at the customer’s risk unless heat-protected shipping is selected
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for melting unless heat-protected shipping was purchased and the product arrived unusable.
