Kalamansi & Manuka Honey

Kalamansi is a delicious citris fruit well known to the Philippines, Kalamansi is a hybrid between kumquat and Mandarin, It is a very sour fruit so it pairs beautifully with things like honey, and other sweet things.
 
These are a beautiful silky white chocolate filled with a kalamansi and manuka honey ganache, and decorated in dark green splashes and yellow swipes. The taste is similar to lemon and honey but with a little bit of a orange sweetness too!
